Shipping Information

We currently ship orders within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Orders are dispatched according to the delivery option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to postal services, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate, including your Eircode and contact phone number. Shine Your Light cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Any re-shipment required due to incorrect address details may incur additional charges.

For deliveries outside Ireland (if applicable), any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel or return non-personalised products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items should be returned in original packaging where possible

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
