Colours & Natural Variations
Many of our products are handcrafted or made from natural materials, including crystals and candles. As a result, variations in size, shape, colour or appearance may occur. These variations are natural and form part of the unique character of each item.

Personalised & Handmade Products
Some products, such as handmade candles or custom bundles, are created specifically to your request. These items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

Photographs & Image Uploads
For custom products that involve personal images, you confirm that you own the rights to the images provided and that they do not infringe copyright or cause offence. We reserve the right to refuse any image that we deem inappropriate or in breach of copyright laws.

Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched according to the delivery option selected at checkout. Shipping times provided are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
For deliveries outside Ireland, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please ensure all shipping details, including Eircode and contact phone number, are accurate. Missed deliveries or incorrect address details may require re-shipment at the buyer’s expense.

Returns & Exchanges
You may cancel or return non-personalised products within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Personalised or handmade products are non-returnable, unless there has been an error on our part.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon arrival. Any issues must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Where a fault is confirmed, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
