Colours & Natural Variations
Many of our items are handcrafted or natural (e.g. crystals, candles), so size, shape, or color may vary slightly. These variations are natural and part of the uniqueness of our products.
Personalised & Handmade Products
Some products (e.g., handmade candles, custom bundles) may not be eligible for return if they were specially made to your request. Please double-check your preferences before confirming the order.
Photographs & Image Uploads
For custom products involving personal images, you must own the rights to the image and ensure it will not cause offense. We reserve the right to refuse any image we find inappropriate or in breach of copyright.
Rush Orders
Need something urgently? Rush orders may incur a 10–20% surcharge. We will inform you of this before confirming.

We accept secure payments via Stripe (VISA, MasterCard, Debit cards).

Delivery Policy
We dispatch orders according to your selected delivery option at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
For deliveries outside Ireland, import taxes and duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. Accurate shipping information, including Eircode and phone number, must be provided. Missed deliveries may require re-shipment at your cost.
Returns & Exchanges
You may cancel or return non-personalised products within 7 days of receiving them. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns for customised or handmade products unless there is a mistake on our part.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon arrival. Any issues must be reported to us within 7 days. We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund for verified defects.
